S.Wine Café @ B.I.G, Publika Solaris Dutamas

Searching for delicate yet affordable porkylicious non-halal treats around KL area? here is the place u should look for. Located at a inconcpicuous corner in Big Independent Grocer, this cozy little cafe with modern decor offer a great place to satisfy the diners urge for oink oink goodness as well as good wine. Admired the creativeness they used for their restaurant name as it clearly reflected their theme and the concept for this dining place, a simple dot can make a smart twist on word~~~

The menu is not very extensive as part of the menu will only available up to 6pm (breakfast) and the main course section will be available starting from 6pm

Creative decor, the only black piggy out of a row of pink piggy, does it means that they serving the best of the best pork dishes? XD

Pigs In a Blanket (RM18.90), crispy bacon-wrapped mini garlic sausages, the homemade cocktail sausage was pleasingly flavourful and u can further spice it up with their special in-house spicy sauce

Sloppy Piggy Burger with Mexicana Pulled Pork (RM23.90), pork burger slopped with mexicana pulled pork on a brioche burger bun, served with coleslaw & crinkled fries, not the best burger in town but at least better than the fatboy we tried last time which revealed an unpleasant dryness

Sinfully French Toast with Grilled Bananas (RM19), two slices of french toast, topped with a dollop of peanut butter, caramelised banana & drizzled with maple syrup, served with two slices of applewood smoked bacon, a creative twist on the classic breakfast favourite by adding the crispyness and smokey savory flavour of bacon, making it a perfect match for sweet and savory!!!

Sausage and Bacon Chunks Pasta (RM26), spaghetti tossed with garlic sausages & bacon chunks in tomato-capsicum concasse with cream, a pretty forgettable dish for me

Pan-Roasted Pork Chops with Sauerkraut (RM29), in seeded mustard & cream sauce on a bed of crushed potatoes with bacon & sauerkraut, burts of tongue-tantalizing goodness

Pan-Roasted Chicken A La Coq Au Vin (RM29), whole chicken leg braised to perfection in white wine, herbs, pancetta & pork stock, served with toasted ciabatta

The mascot of s.wine cafe, cute little black piggy with socks lol

Now you can create ur own burger anyhow anyway u want it!!! choosing from a list of buns, patties, add-ons, cheeses and sauces

If you think that building ur own burger is too bothersome, pls take a look at their specially created burgers, which complimented with their in-house big fat french fries, good enough to tantalize ur tastebuds!!!

Super-dooper thick Chocolate Milkshake with Crushed Oreo (RM12+RM1.50), advisable to share between two

The Elvis for RM16, bacon stuffed pork patty, grilled bananas and creamy peanut butter on a honey oat bun. It was pretty enjoyful for the 1st few bites, after that it was too much. Thx to the dryness of the burger buns =.=

Ikuzo Ramen @ SS2, The Ramen Revolution

Introducing you an exciting ramen restaurant which takes the ramen dishes to another revolutionary level by allowing customers to customized their own style of ramen dishes and selling it with a crazily cheap prices, as their mission statement goes.....

' We are here to start a new revolution. A ramen revolution. Our dream is to bring high quality yet affordable ramen to all the people.'

The place was decorated with many creative and eye-catching posters, and i think they selling those posters cuz i saw some price tags attached to it =.=

The 1st step to create ur own revolutionary ramen dish is to choose ur own favourite type of ramen which made using nutritious rye flour, unfortunately, the spicy thin ramen is no longer available =.=
The second step was to further spice up ur ramen dish using their special in-house condiments ranging from mild flavour like chili oil and white pepper to robust flavour like the explosive chili paste

My favourite was the nutty rich peanut paste and ofcuz, the explosive level of chili paste (honestly, it was not as explosive as i expected it to be =.=)

Yuzu Floats with Green Tea Milk (RM5.90), thick and fragrance matcha milk shake match surprisingly well with the refreshing pomelo icecream!!! im soo in luv with this drink!! recommended!!!

Cha-Shu Ramen(RM8.90), five awesome pieces of porky chashu with their signature shoyu based broth, served with seaweed and spring onions, simple yet satisfying

Ebi Fry Ramen (RM8.90), two deep fried prawns with shoyu based ramen dish, i hv chosen the spicy thick ramen but sadly, the noodle was full of 'alkaline taste' which i really dislike of  > <

Handmade Gyoza or Japanese Potstickers with an reasonable price of RM4.50, this go very well with their homemade sweet and sour ponzu

Sunway students actually can cook !!!

Despite im already in my third year at sun-u, this was my very first time to try out the foods in the training restaurant running by our fellow students. The overall dining experience was great and the services they provided are freindy and approachable even though most of their dishes taste like they did not put enough seasoning in it =.= but their desserts was amazing and definitely worth a try ^^

Summertime Mocktail of the day, refreshing combination of pineapple juice, strawberry juice and other unknown thingy which i have forgotten =.=

Grilled lamb rack served with mashed potatoes and some interesting sweet potato chunks

British all-time-favourite, fish and chips with mixed herbs mayonnaise dipping

Seafood spaghetti, angel hair and fresh seafood sauteed with olive oil

Grilled salmon with berry sauce

Tiramisu, this was the dessert of the day on the set lunch menu

Dome Mousse, basically is black and white chocolate mousse covered in sinfully dark chocolate

Passion fruit and choc mousse on the left and chocolate tart on the right

with the girls ♥
